After seven years behind the camera, Tommy moved to Naples, Florida in 2024 and joined Three Palms Media as a creative specialist. He worked across a wide range of projects and properties, everything from $250,000 homes to $54 million estates.
That range taught him something. The care and craft behind a $54 million listing did not have to stay reserved for the top of the market. Homes at all price points could be shot with just as much attention, just as much intention, and look just as good.
So he brought that standard to Nashville. In 2025, Tommy founded MadLocal Media to give every listing the creative quality that used to be saved for luxury price points. The home that lists at three hundred thousand gets the same care as the one that lists at three million, because the agent behind it worked just as hard to win it.
